About our insulation contractor company in Wildomar

Our story started in my dad's attics
I grew up following my dad through attics and crawl spaces on his insulation jobs, so I already knew what goes wrong up there when I started this business here in Wildomar in 2013. I've seen fresh insulation laid over soaked old material, gaps around can lights left open and eave vents buried until the attic can't breathe. Most of our calls still come from homeowners with a hot room upstairs, a high power bill or old insulation, and a few come from building owners with commercial work.
I care most about doing the work in the right order, because insulation laid over a roof leak or a bad wire just hides the problem. The city rates termite exposure here as very heavy, so we check the framing as closely as the old insulation. If your roof needs fixing or a test needs doing first, I'll tell you before I sell you anything. You can see everything we install or ask me to come take a look.
What working with our crew feels like
These are the things you'll notice from the first visit to the last bag hauled out. They come from how I learned the trade and the jobs we see around Wildomar.
A clear plan on the first visit
I come out myself, get into your attic or crawl space and tell you how many inches are already up there and what's worth doing. The price usually turns on how much old material has to come out and how many gaps need air sealing, which means closing them before we insulate, and you'll hear that in plain words first.
Problems found before we cover them
We look for roof leaks, old wiring and damp framing before we add anything, because insulation hides them and they get worse underneath it. If something needs fixing first, we'll say so and get it sorted before the crew starts.
The material that fits your space
Foam, blown-in loose fill, removal and crawl space work all come from the one crew I work alongside, so we pick what suits your house instead of what we happen to sell. Foam costs more and seals air as it insulates, so it usually earns its price when ductwork runs through the attic, and otherwise sealing the gaps and topping up loose fill usually wins.
Licenses, insurance and permits for your job
Licensed and insured
Licensed and insured. Before the City of Wildomar issues a permit, its application asks the contractor to sign that they're licensed under the state's contractor license law, so it's fair to ask anyone you're comparing to show you theirs.
Permits checked for your address
The city's building department issues building, electrical, plumbing and mechanical permits in Wildomar, and some addresses nearby fall to the county instead. We check the permit step with the right office for your address, and when one's needed we file it and keep you posted.
