Agreeing to these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any work you ask Premium Wildomar Spray Foam Insulation to do at your house or business. When we say "we", "us" or "our", we mean Premium Wildomar Spray Foam Insulation. When we say "you", we mean the person using the site or hiring us.
By using the site, asking for an estimate or booking a job, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You can still call us at (951) 417-1017 with questions.
What we do
We're an insulation contractor in Wildomar, CA. We install spray foam, blown-in and other insulation, seal air gaps, put in vapor barriers and remove old insulation for homes and businesses in Wildomar and the cities around it. The home page lists our services, and our About page explains who we are.
The service pages describe our work in general terms. They aren't a promise that a specific method or material fits your house, because we only know that after we've looked at your attic, walls or crawl space in person.
Estimates and pricing
Our estimates are free, in person and carry no obligation. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure on the day, so the price can change if we find something we couldn't see before the work starts, like soaked or rodent-damaged insulation, hidden gaps or framing problems.
If that happens, we'll stop, show you what we found and agree on any change in price with you before we do the extra work. Nothing on this website is a price quote. Your price is the one in your written estimate or agreement.
Scheduling and cancellation
We'll agree on a start date with you, and we'll tell you how long the crew should be on site and whether you need to leave the house while we work. Some products, spray foam especially, mean you, your kids and your pets stay out for a set time, so please follow the timing we give you before going back inside.
Weather, material delays or problems found once the job is open can move the schedule, and we'll let you know as soon as we can. If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us as early as possible. If we've already ordered special materials or held a day for your job, your written agreement may list a fee for a late cancellation.
Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and when the balance is due, are set out in your written estimate or agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, the balance is due when the work is finished.
If a payment is late, we may pause the work or add a late charge, but only as your agreement allows and only as far as California law permits.
Our work guarantee and its limits
We're licensed and insured, and we stand behind our work. If something we installed isn't right, call us and we'll come back to look at it and make it right.
Product warranties come from the makers of the materials, not from us, and they follow the makers' own terms. We don't promise a specific drop in your power bill or a specific comfort level, because results depend on things outside our work, like your windows, ductwork, how you use the house and the weather. Our guarantee doesn't cover damage from misuse, later work by others, pests, leaks or anything we didn't install.
This website is offered as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's always complete, current or free of errors.
Limits on our liability
As far as California law allows, we're not responsible for indirect or follow-on losses, like lost income or costs you take on because of a delay. Our total responsibility for any job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.
Nothing here limits our responsibility for harm caused by our own negligence or anything else the law doesn't let a business limit.
If we disagree
If you're unhappy with our work or a bill, please talk to us first by phone or through our Contact page. Most problems get fixed faster that way, and we'll give it a fair hearing.
If we can't settle it together, we both agree to try mediation in good faith before going to court. Small claims court is always open to either of us for disputes it can hear.
Which law applies
These terms and any work we do for you follow the laws of the State of California. Any court case about them will be heard in the courts of Riverside County, California, unless the law requires a different place.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page is the one that applies. A change won't alter a written agreement you've already signed with us.
Questions about these terms can go to us at (951) 417-1017 or through our Contact page.
